Bio: Jacob Cavallin is a 24-year-old Canadian artist born in Orangeville, now living in Caledon. He has been making art for nine years and has always been interested in people. Drawing has consistently been his primary medium, and he has developed a style and creative methodology for portraiture which uses abstraction and realism together to, among other things, create visual emphasis. His visual aims may include a particular emphasis on features of the face, effective display of certain emotions, or inspiring curiosity in his audience.
