

Genni Selby
Uses a variety of different mediums including oil paints, acrylics, pastels and ink.
As a lover of animals, particularly horses, her art has been largely devoted to Equine subjects.
Bio: Genni’s lifelong passion for Art led her to study Classical Animation at the world-renowned Sheridan College Classical Animation program in Oakville, Ontario, graduating in 1984. She subsequently began a long professional career in Animation working at Toronto’s Nelvana, as well as a number of other smaller animation studios, on many well-known children’s Animated Series for television. Genni was privileged to have had many opportunities to work and gain experience in various areas of production throughout her career, moving into Storyboarding exclusively in 2003. After moving to Caledon in 1997, she was able to work at home full-time as a professional Storyboard Artist until 2014, when she began painting horses and animals full-time, realizing her dream of becoming a Fine Arts painter of realism.
